The minimum age to be a member of the Academy 6 years old. There are four levels of the Happy Hearts Heroes; The Academy for those training, Cadets who are still training but also doing volunteer work, Happy Heart Heroes who are fully vested volunteers and finally The Pantheon of Power for those who have earned the right to create their own charcters which will be featured during programming and events. This form is for those applying at Academy and Cadet level.

For any participants receiving credit for volunteer hours for educational purposes, grades must be kept at passing levels (per the No Pass No Play requirements in Texas) to participate. Education is our priority even over community service.

You also acknowledge that doing so is the equivalent of financial theft from our children’s charity. Violation of this rule can and will be enforced with a fine equal to the value of the contract. This includes the inclusion and tolerance of all races, religions, genders, abilities, fandoms, political alignments and so on. At no point can any religious or political agenda be promoted by Love For Kids, Inc. or its volunteers even if requested as a service to our partners or sponsors. National holidays are acceptable to promote, all others are at the option of the volunteer. At no point is ANY political agenda acceptable.

Membership may be stopped at any point you choose, however once a student leaves they must reapply to rejoin the academy.
