1. No individuals shall trespass on private property unless given the permission to do so by the owner. All participants must remain within the boundaries of the public right of way, which includes the streets, sidewalks, parks, and cemeteries.

2. Groups and individuals must adhere to the guidelines set forth by the CDC and VDH, which includes, but is not limited to, maintaining six foot distance from individuals who are not family members or individuals you have traveled with to the event, and to don a mask.

3. The Town of Mount Jackson and the Mount Jackson Hometown Partnership shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries or transmissions of COVID-19.

4. Adults are responsible for their children which attend the event.

5. In the event of possession, participants are responsible for seeking a professional exorcist and shall not hold the Town of Mount Jackson and/or the Mount Jackson Hometown Partnership liable or responsible.

6. If a participant notices a secondary shadow, such participant must notify the lead investigator immediately.
