I acknowledge and consent that I will travel on my own and not in the company of my Meredith College Athletics Team and/or Coaches from the following listed competition. I have been given permission to use an alternate form of transportation to travel back to campus after our away team competition. I hereby agree for myself to assume full responsibility for all risks to which may be placed while riding in the vehicle of my choice, or injuries or damages I may suffer, or injury or damages caused to a third person, and further do hereby release and forever discharge the Meredith College, Athletics Department, its directors, agents, officers and employees from any and all suits or claims or damages or expenses the Institution may suffer, or that I may make upon attaining majority.
