Quick about me if you're new- my name is Amanda and I'm a certified personal trainer of 5 years. My approach to fitness extends beyond just pursuing physical changes. Alongside an effective program tailored to you and your goals, we'll also be focusing on mindfulness, stress management, routines, habit development, and manifesting (if you're into that).

I consider my approach to fitness very different from the mainstream. Ask any of my previous clients and they'll tell you that my holistic, all encompassing approach yields not just physical results, but mindset shifts and permanent lifestyle changes.
