PS 130 Seat Request for grade 1, 2, 3 and 4 for the 2020-2021 School Year
Please read carefully before completing.

Eligibility:  Students must reside in New York City at the time of submission to be eligible for an open seat at
PS 130 in grade 1, 2, 3, and 4 for the 2020-2021 school year.

Priorities:  Seats requests will be admitted according to the following order of priority:

1-District 25 applicants whose *siblings will be enrolled in grades PK - 5 at PS 130 in September 2020.
2-District 26 applicants whose siblings will be enrolled in grades PK - 5 at PS 130 in September 2020.
3-Out-of-District applicants whose siblings will be enrolled in grades PK - 5 at the PS 130 in September 2020.
4-All other District 25 applicants.
5-All other District 26 applicants.
6-All other Out-of-District applicants.

* A sibling is a brother or sister (including half-brothers, half-sisters, stepsisters, stepbrothers , foster brothers, foster sisters) of the applicant who resides in the same household.  All listed sibling are verified by PS 130.  For an applicant to qualify for sibling priority, the sibling must currently be enrolled in grades PK-5 at PS 130 at the time of application submission.

Families are not guaranteed a placement at PS 130.  If there are more applicants within a priority,  seats available, seats will be offered in the order of receipt of application.  Initial offerings may take place as early as June 2, 2020 and will continue on a rolling basis.

Submitting your request:  Submit a request for an open seat, no later than June 10, 2020, for initial offerings.  Rolling applications will continue to be accepted until Friday, October 30, 2020.
