Over the next two weeks I would like to try this fun activity.Using what you learned about forces and simple machines I want you to try to design and create a simple chain reaction machine (also known as a Rube Goldberg machine) or ball run using whatever you have in your home - toys (Lego, bricks etc.), books, boxes, paper, cardboard, string, paper cups - anything you can find! It can be as simple or complicated as you want to make it.  Try to use as many simple machines as possible: inclined plane, lever, pulleys, wheel and axle etc.  Here are is a video to give your some ideas.  Have fun completing this activity!
