MUSIC TREE offers annual courses (September - July) for a total of 33 weeks.
Reservation can only be guaranteed after payment has been received. Failure to pay the fee may result in loss of place.
Last minute communication must be done via phone (not email) directly at the teachers’ number.
Payments need to be made in advance.

CANCELLATION / NOTICE TO TERMINATE LESSONS

MUSIC TREE does not provide refunds for any missed classes. However, if a student needs to reschedule their lesson they will need to inform the teacher and MUSIC TREE at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class via email and reschedule according to teachers availability.

Sometimes a sudden illness or an emergency can prevent a student from giving 24 hours cancellation notice. In this instance, MUSIC TREE’s team will use their discretion and if the circumstances are out of student’s control, the teacher will work with the family to reschedule the appointment within the same term without charges.

MUSIC TREE can reschedule 1 missed class per term. Any further missed classes will be charged as normal.
If the student wishes to terminate the classes, 1 months advanced notice to cancel will need to be given to MUSIC TREE via email.

In case of a teacher’s absence, the lesson will be rescheduled directly between the family and the teacher. There is no reimbursement for classes.

HEALTH & SAFETY
There must be at least one parent/guardian on the premises throughout all sessions. Please make the teachers aware of any medical conditions or special needs that student may have.
All our teachers are DBS checked.

**COVID TERM AND CONDITIONS:

If we cannot continue face to face classes due to a second outbreak of Covid 19, your classes will continue online and it will be charged as a normal class.

Our teachers will run classes at students' houses only under the following circumstances:
- if a safe-distance of min 2 mt is arranged or
- masks are mandatory for all classes unless otherwise agreed by teacher and parents.
- the teacher will sanitise the instruments before and during the session.
- hand washing is mandatory for both teacher and student before and after sessions.

If you or your child are showing any symptoms, please do not proceed with the class as scheduled and instead let your teacher know by phone or email at the earliest convenience.

If either you or your child experienced any difficulty wearing masks, please contact us to discuss further alternatives.

If as teachers we do not feel that the above standards are being maintained during home visits or visiting students, we have the right to stop these visits until the proper measures are upheld. If these are not met, the classes will return online.
