Thank you for your interest in being part of the Wild Mountain Music Festival.  We welcome your application to offer your unique, hand-made crafts and art for sale to the 3000 patrons who will pass through the gates over the weekend.

Conditions at the festival are rustic, with tank-supplied potable water, and generator supplied electrical power.  There is no central tent for art/craft vendors at the festival; you’ll need to supply your own display tent, if desired.  You will be responsible to remove your garbage and leave the site in original condition by noon on Monday, July 17, 2023. 

Although you’re free to determine your own hours of operation each day, you must remain open for the duration of the festival.  Things officially wrap up on Sunday afternoon, but that evening includes a well-attended open mic, and you are encouraged to consider selling Sunday night for open mic attendees. Camping near your booth/trailer will be available Thursday night through Sunday night.

FESTIVAL HOURS
We encourage vendors to be open as many hours as possible each day to align with festival hours of operation:

Friday, July 14:            6:00 pm-1:00 am
Saturday, July 15:          12:00 pm-1:00 am
Sunday, July 16:         12:00 pm-6:00 pm (followed by open mic until the wee hours)

General Requirements

Vendors are encouraged to arrive and set up on Thursday, July 13, and must be ready to serve by Friday, July 14 2:00 pm
Your site must be cleaned up and vacated by noon on Monday, July 17, 2023
Use of personal generators to power your equipment is to be at the discretion of the Vendor Coordinator.
No pets and no ATVs allowed on the festival site.
