Your goals should be those which can be met within the time period of the mentorship (12-18 months). As a reminder, this program is limited to members who have fully completed their PhD work and are either on the job market or are early in their professorships (pre-tenure or the equivalent). Applications are due by December 15th. Notifications begin in early February.
