Sydney Kendo Club - Beginners Course Registration
By completing this form, the applicant applies to be admitted to the Sydney Kendo Club's Beginners Course and to become a member of the NSW Kendo Association.
 
In the event of the applicant's admission to the course, the applicant:

a) agrees to be bound by the Constitution of the NSWKA, as in force from time to time;
b) acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with practising Kendo;
c) agrees to comply with all requirements of the SKC Covid Safety Plan;
c) agrees to the applicant's personal information being used for the purpose of emails about the beginners course, training, gradings and other club activities (Applicants' personal information will not be used for any purpose other than for the activities of the Sydney Kendo Club. Members may opt out by emailing secretary@sydneykendoclub.org).
