We are looking for volunteers to help assist with various roles at our Birthday Benefit.
Photo Booth Monitor
Photo Booth volunteers will instruct guests how to use a self-service photo booth, encourage guests to come in and take photos, as well as manage the flow of traffic as people come in and leave the booth.
Check-In
Check-in volunteers will greet guests as they arrive, check them in, and give them their welcome packet and credentials. Check-in volunteers will also help direct guests to various areas in the space as needed.
Door Bouncers
Door bouncers will be responsible for welcoming guests as they enter the space, direct patrons to programming in Z Above and Z Below, as well as check IDs.
Food Truck Line Monitor
Food Truck volunteers will manage the flow of traffic of the food truck line and inform patrons of VIP waitstaff should any issues arise.
Floaters
Floaters will be responsible for their designated area in making sure that everything is going well and everyone is having a great time. Floaters will inform and direct patrons to capsule performances throughout Z Space’s two venues, give directions and encourage patrons to move throughout the space, and answer basic questions about programming.
Raffle Table Monitor
The raffle table volunteer will be responsible for selling raffle tickets for various raffle packages. Volunteer must be comfortable processing transactions on our ticketing platform, Audience View, encouraging patrons to purchase raffle tickets, and be knowledgeable on our raffle packages.
Event Clean Up
Event clean up volunteers will be responsible for wiping down surfaces, compiling trash for janitorial, and general tidying up.
We ask that volunteers are available to be called at 4PM through the end of their shift time. Volunteers get access to the whole party as a thank you for their service.
