Full payment ensures your child their spot at Kosher Cooking Camp. In the event of camper's cancellation, refunds (minus a $50 transaction fee) will only be issued if a replacement student is found. Natasha Nadel retains the right to remove any child(ren) from the camp who do not follow clear (safety and other) instructions from the instructor and her assistants. If such an instance occurs, no refund will be issued. Please sign and date below to confirm your agreement to these terms. *

I understand that my child(ren) will be exposed to a variety of foods. I understand my child will need some supervision in the kitchen, and I will provide what is appropriate for their age, maturity, and experience. I understand the nature of the proposed activities and hereby assume any and all risks associated with those activities. My child has permission to participate in Natasha Nadel's cooking camp ("Camp"). By signing and dating below, I release the Camp, its owners, directors, instructors and assistants of any claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to my child's participation in this camp. *
