UPDATED 2/24:  We've been allocated 21 FTE for classrooms. My initial thinking for classroom configurations is KG=4, 1st=3, 2nd=3, 3rd=3, 4th=4, 5th=4. Let me know your thoughts on class configurations and what you think our priorities should be for classified and/or licensed staffing.
Regarding the master schedule, what do you like and/or dislike about this year's schedules, and what would you like to see in next year’s master schedule (Specialists, Title 1, supervision, SPED, grade level A/B/C schedules, academic & SEL time allocations, etc.)?
Any other thoughts you’d like to share? (staffing, schedule, topics for this year, something I could do better, etc.)
