I am currently enrolled in a 3.5-year, IAYT-accredited yoga therapist training program through Essential Yoga Therapy. My anticipated graduation (and hopefully certification!) is summer/fall 2025.

To complete the program, I will need to complete 150 clinical teaching hours as practicum, starting in early 2024. 

I am seeking individuals who are willing and able to commit to a complete series of four (4) private clinical yoga therapy sessions with me. This will include an initial intake session, plus 3 follow-up sessions. (Additional sessions will be an option, for those who wish to continue working with me.) 

Sessions can be done together in-person, virtually online, or a combo of both.

These practicum teaching sessions will be offered at a reduced, sliding-scale rate – "below market” – however, this rate is still to be determined.

All of my practicum work must be mentored by another experienced certified yoga therapist (confidentially and outside of the private sessions themselves) to ensure the efficacy and quality of my work.
