Drop-in Form Sept - Dec 2023
Please fill out the following and then do the next steps below! These steps need to be taken each time you would like to drop-in unless you are signing up for multiple drop-ins at once.

All classes will be at Evolved Movement Arts.

The drop-in spots need to be pre-registered by email every Sunday before the week of classes, or earlier.  The drop-in rate is $17/class.

I, as named above, hereby release YYC Contemporary Technique from all claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of my participation or enrolment in contemporary dance classes in Calgary Alberta. I willingly participate in YYC Contemporary Technique's dance classes at my own risk; I assume all risks involved, including but not limited to illness, disease, all lost or stolen property, cost, claim, injury, damage, or liability sustained while participating.

I, as named above, give permission to YYC Contemporary Technique Training to take photos and videos of me while I am participating in all classes and workshops. I recognize that these photos and videos will be used for promotional and educational purposes as well as a YYC CTT's portfolio. I give my full permission by agreeing below.

*No refunds*  Except if you encounter an injury and are unable to attend due to the severity. In this scenario, you will be refunded for classes you have not attended.

Etransfer $17/class to yyccontemporarytechnique@gmail.com, in the notes section of the etransfer please indicate which day you will be dropping in as well.
