The best way to participate in the decisions your BIA makes on your behalf is to get involved by joining a Working Group. This is a volunteer role requiring a commitment of an hour of your time each month (except June and December). Meetings may be postponed if we have no agenda items to discuss.

The Streetscaping Working Group meets monthly on the last Thursday at 9:30 AM to discuss future streetscape and beautification projects - such as pole wraps, landscaping, and parkettes - to help make the streets more liveable and walkable.

The Marketing Working Group meets monthly on the first Thursday at 9:30 AM to discuss ideas for promoting our area to residents and visitors, including The Summer Solstice Festival and the new Window Wonderland.
UPDATE: The Marketing Working Group will now be meeting to discuss ideas to best promote area business during the COVID-19 pandemic and throughout our recovery. Meetings will be held virtually, until further notice.
