There will be a buffet lunch (10 EUR/meal) and dinner (20 EUR/meal) available to in-person participants. Please note that participants must cover the cost of these meals for themselves by paying on the spot.

Do you have any dietary restrictions the organizers should take into account when ordering your meals?

The venue for the event shall be provided by the University of Maribor. The organizers recommend booking your accommodation close to this address: Razlagova 14 SI-2000 Maribor, Slovenia.

The rules are not applicable to me, as I am not a Working Group/Management Committee member of PROFEEDBACK. I shall arrange travel/accommodation/subsistence for myself or via my affiliated institute.

I have learnt that travel and accommodation shall be arranged by the participants themselves. I have learnt that pre-financing is not available for the travel costs and daily allowance, and in order to receive these, participants need to submit a claim in e-COST (including invoices) within 15 days after the event. I have learnt that the daily allowance (a lump sum of 187 EUR) shall cover the participants' accommodation, lunch and/or dinner costs, as well as any travels shorter than 100 km (e.g. taxi, public transport).
