Sex Ed Community Webinar 3: Confronting Sexual Stigma and Prejudice
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 17 2021 FROM 7-8:30pm ON ZOOM!

Hi all!

We will be collecting information from these surveys in order to get to know you (our audience) and get a better understanding on your experiences and knowledge about Sex Ed before coming to one (or all) of our webinars.

There will also be a post survey sent out after all three webinars are completed. Your participation in these surveys is greatly appreciated. This information not only allows us to get to know you, but also provides us with an understanding of what went right, and where we can improve next time.

We also will be giving away FREE care packages to webinar registrants! These packages include safer sex and hygiene supplies and will be mailed to you in neutral, discreet packaging from "GTZ".

We have a limited supply so if you would like to receive a care package, please fill out the box at the end of this survey with your name and mailing address. If you would not like to receive one, please leave the box blank.

Thank you for all your time and support. We look forward to seeing you!
