2020 Seniors & Families,

Regretfully,  we are Officially Canceling this years 2020 Grad Night.

In light of Governor Brown's announcement on May 7 regarding a Phased Reopening, we will not be able to host this year's Grad Night Party.

As a Committee, we were hopeful that we would have been able to reschedule the party to the new date of Graduation.  Unfortunately, given Governor Brown's plan that no events larger than 100 people should be scheduled prior to September, we are not able to pursue a rescheduled event.

Please take a few minutes to complete this form to EITHER request a refund OR If you would like to pay it forward, you can choose to donate your ticket purchase to fund a gift for the school honoring the Class of 2020 and any leftovers will go to Class of 2021.

PLEASE NOTE - All tickets will be refunded for amount paid less $0.75 for mailing costs, and if purchased originally by credit card, then less any original credit card processing fees.

ALL Tickets will be refunded by check and will need a current mailing address along with a valid email address.

We need your Students NAME and ID so we can match it back to your original purchase.

Please provide us with an email address for your Grad that is NOT a BSD email address as those will go away soon.

All requests for a Refund are due by June 1.

Finally, EVERY Senior will be receiving a yard sign celebrating their graduation. This was made possible due to the generous support the PTO received from the Westview Community!
