Please use this form to request catering services from the Food Services Department. We ask that we are notified at least 2 weeks prior to your event to ensure food ordering and timeliness. Internal customers: Once your request has been submitted we will create an estimate for you to then create a Purchase Order. When you provide an approved purchase order, your event is officially booked.
