Our bags are lovingly made by hand, so each one is distinct in shape, size and shine. Variations in its structure or surface are beauty marks, not flaws. The colours may also appear slightly different in person.


🦄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We want you to love our bags IRL as much as you did when you first saw it in a photo. So ask us questions! We try to provide as many details as we can to help you decide which bag is right for you.


🔮 ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will send you the payment details when we confirm your order and then reserve the bag for you for three working days. If you need more time, just let us know!
