Are you available on April 20, 2024, sometime between 12:30 and 4:00? The event will be open to the public from 1-4, but you are not required to volunteer for the entire time if you can't or would rather not. Those who will be volunteering for the earlier part of the event are asked to show up a half hour before the start of the event so they can participate in orientation and be set up before the public arrives.
