Have you considered the time frame? The media team needs two weeks to complete your project but requests you submit your media request one month before your deadline.
Do you have inspiration pictures? The best way to get as close as to what you have in mind is to share inspiration examples. You can find inspiration from just about anywhere(Pinterest, Google, other churches, etc).

If you were able to say YES to all of these questions, then you are ready to submit a request.
