This is a shared space, and we want to make sure everyone feels a sense of safety. There is plenty of communal space, especially in May when the weather will be warmer, and a great deal of space to find privacy.

If you are planning to come to the retreat with someone or a group of people who you would like to share a room with, please tell us so that we can accommodate. This will help us to provide spots to as many people as possible. We can provide group rates in this case.

We will assign rooms based on trying to consider all factors: the group, individuals, and what will benefit the maximum number of attendees.

1. Do you have any important needs you would like to communicate about where you will be sleeping? We will do our best to make these a priority.

2. Do you have any preferences that you could be flexible on about where you will be sleeping? We will consider if these are possible given all the attendees and accommodations.

*
Would you like to connect with attendees before the retreat to share rides, and/or get to know them? Please provide the contact information of your choice.
*
What is your budget? The sliding scale price is $200-$600 including food, meal preparation, accommodations, amenities and activities.

We will offer 100% refunds of what you have paid before April 11th, 50% before April 18th, 25% before April 25th, and no refunds after April 30th.

We can make arrangements for payment plans, please let us know if you require this. We always want to be in conversation about money to ensure mutual benefit.
*
Do you have any food preferences/requirements/allergies? What are they?
Will you agree to being open to the other attendees of the retreat in listening to and honouring their needs, as well as voicing your own?

Will you agree to focus on rest, care, and creativity?

Will you agree to consider how we create accountable space for Indigenous folx, Black folx and People of Colour, 2SLGBTQINA+ folx, neurodivergent, disabled folx and anyone who experiences systemic oppression?
*
Anything else you want to share? If you have any access needs (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) please share.
