Candlelight Mass: SETUP/CLEAN UP VOLUNTEER [1]
VOLUNTEER DESCRIPTION:
The Candlelight Mass takes place on the 2nd Thursday of every month at St. Cecilia. This volunteer would assist two other volunteers, and arrive at 5:45pm each month to set up and light candles before Confessions start at 6:30pm. Following Mass, this volunteer would also assist with cleaning up the candles and putting them back into storage. TIME COMMITMENT: less than 1hr/month
Cana Family Institute (Mother's Group: "Created & Called") - LEADERSHIP [2]
CANA COORDINATOR DESCRIPTION:
● Liaison between Cana and the parish/school.
● Attend Quarterly Cana Coordinator Training and Planning Meetings
● Develop parish/school Promotion Team & implement promotion plan
● Invite and name facilitators for each group
● Encourage facilitators in their leadership role including attendance at monthly training
● Facilitate participant registration at the parish/school level
● Schedule meeting space for all groups
● Assist with child care arrangements
● Regularly check-in with facilitators
● Encourage and support additional family community building activities in parish/school
● Encourage participation in parish/school and Cana Family Institute events

CANA GROUP FACILITATOR DESCRIPTION:
● Attend Facilitator Orientation and Monthly Training Sessions and other formation opportunities that are available along with other facilitators in the diocese.
● Coordinate with the Cana Coordinator the registration and logistics for your group, i.e. meeting place, materials, childcare, day and time of meeting, etc.
● Participate in personal check-in with your trainer each month
● Serve each person in your group through leading bi-monthly meetings, monthly personal check-ins, and other natural opportunities.
● Encourage your group to seek further formation and works of service to others.
● Promote new Cana Groups in your parish or Catholic school.

Cana Family Institute (Father's Group: "Reigning in Life") - LEADERSHIP [2]
