Please find below our annual registration form to book your child a new or amended place in Kids’ Club, starting September 2023.
Please note, all
current bookings that follow a regular weekly pattern will be rolled over to the new school year, unless we are notified in advance to make any amendments. Therefore, if there are no changes to a current booking then you do
not need to complete this form.
Please note, parents of children whose sessions do not follow a regular weekly pattern will have received a separate email from Kids' Club and this email should be read in advance of completing this form.
To enable Kids' Club to confirm any new bookings by the end of this school term, 21st July 2023, please complete your Kids' Club Registration by Friday 30th June 2023. Any late registrations may not be looked at until the start of the new school year, September 2023.
