USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND IMAGES AUTHORIZATION

(AUTORIZACIÓN DE USO DE DATOS PERSONALES E IMÁGENES)

Through this document I declare that I have been informed by MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS, a company based in Medellín, Colombia with NIT 900912633-0, that my rights and those of my TEAM, as owners of the database, photographs, videos and any information or material of a personal nature, are those provided for in the Constitution and the law, especially the right to know, update, rectify and delete my personal information, as well as the right to revoke the consent granted for the processing of personal data. MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS, will act as responsible for the treatment of the personal database, photographs, videos and material, of which we, as participants and members of this team, are the owners and which, jointly or separately, may collect, use and process my data. in accordance with its personal data processing policy, the law and for the purposes related to its corporate purpose. Taking into account the foregoing, I voluntarily, truthfully, prior, explicitly, informed and unequivocally authorize MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS to process personal data, photographs, videos and other personal material in which we intervene as models, interviewees, or participants, and include them in the communication and dissemination of all MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS programs, as well as any other project aimed at promoting the activities of MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS in internal or external communication media. the same, with a social and commercial nature, in all currently known media and those that could be developed in the future. Likewise, it authorizes the communication or assignment of the Images to the companies that MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS considers appropriate, with the same purpose indicated in the previous section, expressly informing you that in some cases international data transfers will be made for said assignment. Specifically, these data may be communicated to third parties without the consent of the owner thereof, provided that this communication is limited to this purpose. This authorization is understood to be granted with a wide territorial and temporal scope, so that MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS may use these Images, or part of them, in all countries of the world without geographical limitation of any kind. MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS disclaims responsibility for any use that a third party may make of the Images outside the territorial, temporal and material scope of this agreement.

Por medio de este documento manifiesto que he sido informado por MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS empresa domiciliada en Medellín, Colombia con NIT 900912633-0, que mis derechos y los de mi EQUIPO, como titulares de la base de datos, fotografías, videos y cualquier información o material de carácter personal, son los previstos en la Constitución y la ley, especialmente el derecho a conocer, actualizar, rectificar y suprimir mi información personal, así como el derecho a revocar el consentimiento otorgado para el tratamiento de datos personales.

MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS, actuarán como responsables del tratamiento de la base de datos personales, fotografías, videos y material, de los cuales nosotros como participantes y miembros de este equipo, somos titulares y que, conjunta o separadamente podrán recolectar usar y tratar mis datos conforme a su política de tratamiento de datos personales, a la ley y para los fines relacionados con su objeto social.

Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, autorizo de manera voluntaria, verídica, previa, explícita, informada e inequívoca a MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS, para tratar los datos personales, fotografías, videos y otro material personal en el que nosotros intervenimos como entrevistados, o participantes, e incluirlas en la comunicación y difusión, de todos los programas de MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS, así como cualquier otro proyecto destinado a la promoción de las actividades de MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS en medios de comunicación internos o externos a las mismas, con carácter social y comercial, en todos los medios conocidos en la actualidad y los que pudieran desarrollarse en el futuro.

Asimismo, autoriza la comunicación o cesión de las Imágenes a las empresas que MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS, considere oportunas, con el mismo objeto indicado en el apartado anterior, informándole expresamente que en algunos casos para dicha cesión se realizarán transferencias internacionales de datos. En concreto, estos datos podrán ser comunicados a terceros sin el consentimiento del titular de los mismos siempre que esta comunicación se limite a esta finalidad.

Esta autorización se entiende concedida con un ámbito territorial y temporal amplio, por lo que MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS podrán utilizar estas Imágenes, o parte de las mismas, en todos los países del mundo sin limitación geográfica de ninguna clase.

MAS A COMUNICACIONES SAS se exime de responsabilidad sobre cualquier uso que pueda hacer un tercero de las Imágenes fuera del ámbito territorial, temporal y material objeto del presente acuerdo.
