In honor of 53 years of political recognition of environmental consciousness in the U.S., the Center for the Environment at St. Michael’s College has worked with our campus partners to host events that call each and all of us to action, stewardship, and responsibility this Earth Month and Earth Day. We invite our campus, community, and alumni members to participate in a month full of activities, events, and alternative engagement that challenges the traditional consumer ideologies. Follow along below to see how we live out 2/3rds of our mission of RESEARCH, CONTEMPLATION, and ACTION while leading the campus community to think more like producers rather than consumers.
Given our mission of service as a college, and our goal as a Center to develop environmentally conscious citizens as leaders, advocates, scientists, artists, humanitarians, thinkers, and business people, how will you pledge a commitment to our earth and community?
