Holotropic Breathwork Stavanger October 20th - 21st 2023 - Registration and Medical Form
Event Dates:  Friday 20th - Saturday 21st of October 2023
Event Address: Kongsgata 44, 4005 Stavanger.

This is a 1,5 day Holotropic Breathwork workshop in the centre of Stavanger. Friday 20th 18:00 - 21:00 - Saturday 21st 9.30am - 9pm. 

The price for this workshop is:
Earlybird rate: When paid in full before September 22nd - 2500kr.
Full price: After September 22n - 2900kr - must be paid in full October 6th.
Students/ unemployed: 2000kr - must be paid in full by October 6th.

A 700kr non-refundable deposit is required upon registration to secure your place - full amount must be paid by above dates to secure your rate.

Cancellation policy:
The 700kr deposit is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by us or we find reason through your medical statement that participation is unfit for you. The payment of the remaining amount is eligible for a full refund if you give notice 14 days or more before the workshop.

You will be contacted with payment information once you submit your application.

If you wish to register to the event please fill in your personal details below. Due to the nature of the practice of Holotropic Breathwork, it is also required to complete the following medical form. The medical form will be used to screen for potential contraindications or conditions to be aware of and to take into consideration during the breathwork, for the safety of the practitioners and facilitators.

Please note that you will be required to attend the full hours of the workshop, both days, if you sign up for the breathwork.
