This request is intended for former Cal State Hayward/East Bay students who have not been awarded a degree and are seeking to return to complete their Business Administration or Economics requirements. 

Former or returning students are no longer matriculated at Cal State East Bay (did not attend for three consecutive quarters or two consecutive semesters AND are not on official leave).

The unofficial evaluation you will receive will list the major course requirements--both complete and incomplete. It will also list the catalog year that your major requirements are tied to, which will determine the curriculum that you follow. An advisor will review your CSUEB coursework, transfer coursework, and any applicable test credit for application to the major requirements. 

Your catalog rights for your major are governed by the catalog in effect at the time you declare your major as an active student. It is important to understand that major requirements change yearly. Students who do not maintain continuous enrollment are subject to these changes. 

Only former students who are seeking an undergraduate degree in the on-campus Business Administration or Economics programs should submit this form. This evaluation will ONLY show major requirements. Information on General Education (G.E.) and graduation requirements will NOT be reported on this evaluation.
