MSCR is offering weekly 3-on-3 basketball events for MMSD high school students this summer.   This program is FREE, but pre-registration is required.  All events will be held outside at Madison parks.  Players will be placed onto teams and play half court 3-on-3 mini tournaments each day.  Students may choose from any of these four different sessions:  

Session 1:  Thursdays 10 am-noon, June 24 - July 15 (4 weeks), Goodman Park (South side)

Session 2:  Tuesdays 3-5 pm, June 29 - July 13 (3 weeks), Sennett Middle School (East side)

Session 3:  Tuesdays 3-5 pm, July 20 - August 3 (3 weeks), Garner Park (West side)

Session 4:  Thursdays 10 am-noon, July 22 - August 5 (3 weeks), Lake Edge Park (East side)

Students will use this form to register for basketball sessions this summer.  Students may request to register for any or all of the sessions.  The specific dates, times, and locations for each session are listed above and again in section 3 of this form.  This form is step one of the registration process.  After submitting this form, students will receive an email with additional registration forms and more program information.  Students - make sure to check your MMSD email!   Additional forms must be submitted in order to confirm registration.

MSCR is taking several precautions related to Covid-19:

-- Outdoors:  Masks are optional outdoors for all participants and staff.  Participants and staff should continue to maintain 6 feet physical distancing, where possible.
-- Indoors:  Masks are required for students and staff.  
-- All students and staff will be required to self report any COVID-19 related symptoms on the day of each activity.  Anyone who is sick must stay home.
-- All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized before use.
