Have your child fill out (tell you) the following information. If more than one child is running the business I recommend they do this together.

What price will you charge for each item? How much will each item cost to make? (If you have a number of items for sale, please list them all.) *
How will you plan to advertise your business prior to the Fair? *
How do you plan to pay for your start up costs? (If your parents or adult sponsor are assisting with your supply costs, how do you plan to pay them back?) *

Does each Parent agree that their child's photograph or video to be taken and used without compensation by Hilliard Kids' Business Fair? *
Parents: Please read over this with your child and the kids in the group if applicable: I promise that the work on my business was done by me, that completed the business plan on our own, that we earned our entry fee and that we will repay any loans required to launch our business, that all the materials, marketing/signage has been completed by us, and that on the day of the fair we will not have a parent sitting with us at our booth. *

The kids will attend the Business Plan Workshop online on March 16 from 7p-8p. *
I understand that the parents/grandparents/relatives/etc are not allowed to help the kids create the products for the fair and will not be allowed to sit with them during the fair. I have read and agree to the Parent Handout. *
