The Invitational will be on February 13, 2021. At this point, it will be virtual but we do have the buildings reserved if the situation improves.  The cost is $30/team. Please read everything carefully.

IF WE CAN BE IN-PERSON: For each event you are assigned to run, you will need to bring everything you need to run the event (including writing the test, copies of test material, any equipment necessary, timing devices, volunteers to help run and/or grade, etc.) as well as an answer key for grading and blank extra copies of your test to distribute to each team.  Every team will receive electronic copies of the tests and answers, and a hard copy of their students’ tests at the end of the day. You will be required to submit the test, answer key, and any other test material by February 10th in an electronic format by email to weyhmillerc@westottawa.net
Payment: Please make checks out to West Ottawa Public Schools (WOPS)
To calculate fees please multiply the number of teams you are registering by $30. An invoice will be sent to you.

Checks can be made payable to WOPS (West Ottawa Public Schools) with your school name in the memo line and mailed to:

The Fine Print
 “All teams participating in an Invitational tournament need to register with Michigan Science Olympiad. The membership fee must be paid prior to participating in any competition.”
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
