Appalachian Kayak Reservation Request Form
This is a way to make the reservations process more efficient and convenient.  You are always welcome to call if you prefer.  If I don't answer, it is because I am with customers or campers so please leave a message. Prepayment OR credit card info. by phone is required to hold your reservation.  Cash payment is preferred.   This form does not guarantee a reservation.  I will be in touch with you as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving your request.
