Share your school's story of change!
Hello NYC public school educators, students, and caregivers! Have you been part of organizing efforts to make your school more restorative and less punitive? Maybe your chapter organized to create a new staff line for a restorative position? Or your PTA or SLT worked with the principal to change discipline practices? Or maybe students at your school pushed to remove scanning equipment?

We want to hear about it!

Teachers Unite is building a toolkit full of stories and strategies that people can use to build power and make changes at their schools. Over May and June, we will start compiling knowledge through peer to peer interviews with school community members.

Whether you achieved your goal or not, we're interested in learning about the strategies your school community used and what you learned. Fill out this quick form and a member of our research team will reach out to schedule a time to interview you.

** $25 stipends will be given to young people and caregivers who interview with a toolkit team member.
