While we are self-isolating and social distancing, MDO will be offering Virtual Peer Support Groups so we can support one another. These groups are hosted through the Zoom platform phone and/or video group chat and will include at least one MDO facilitator and other participating peers. Everyone is welcome, though we do encourage you to check out the MDO membership found under the "About Us" tab on our website.

Virtual Peer Support is hosted on THURSDAYS from 6:30PM to 8:30PM,

You will receive an email with the group chat login information by 3PM the day of the call.

NOTE: IF YOU ARE SIGNING UP ON THE DAY OF THE GROUP YOU WISH TO ATTEND, PLEASE SIGN UP BEFORE 3PM. REGISTRATION IS NOT MONITORED BETWEEN 3PM AND WHEN A SUPPORT GROUP BEGINS (6:30PM).
