Labour Market: Regulatory maturity survey
Thank you for taking part in this research being undertaken by JobsAware, a brand of SAFERjobs C.I.C., looking at regulatory maturity in the labour market. Our mission is to help raise UK labour market standards, and with the support of Ministers we are developing a framework known as "collective regulation". The intention is for collective regulation to be a vehicle for identifying threats/issues and regulatory response options to them, for different areas of the labour market, by bringing together the voices of worker, business and regulator.

This survey is one of the key methods through which we and our academic colleagues will understand the voice of business; looking at how the labour market is viewed by the industry's varying stakeholders, and the level of maturity in regulation and oversight (including self-regulation). From the data gathered, JobsAware is looking to determine the perception of the different areas of the labour market, and key areas of focus for designing potential regulatory solutions.

The survey includes a range of statements that we will ask you to agree or disagree to, and we expect the survey could take around 10-15 minutes.

We ask that we can retain your name and email address with this survey so that we can get in touch to explore areas further, should we need to. Please note that your responses will remain anonymous outside of JobsAware and its academic partners, and you may remove your consent for us to retain your responses at any time by contacting lauren.edwards@jobsaware.co.uk.
