Future of Fair Play R-II Survey
In October, we invited a group of parents, teachers, students, and community members to help think about what qualities and characteristics were important for every Fair Play student and graduate. You'll see the results of that "Portrait of a Learner" at the bottom of this page.

We also asked for feedback through a Culture and Climate Survey and those were results were shared publicly. Both of those activities were part of our Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) development.

We're now ready to start writing some goals and action steps for our plan. With feedback from our community, we're developing a "road map" that will guide our efforts over the next five years.

The process will include thinking about the mission and vision of the school. It will also include goals and focus areas based on feedback from our parents, students, employees and community members.
