Family Survey: Re-Opening Schools in the Fall
This Spring, many families participated in the Remote Learning Survey.  The results from that survey led the district to make positive changes and provide additional supports for students and families.  School District 189 is once again asking for families to share their preferences as plans for the fall are being made.
Please complete this survey by providing your thoughts and feelings about the re-opening of school in the fall.  You only need to complete the survey one time for your family.  Please be as honest as possible in your responses to allow district leaders to make the best decisions for students and families.
