This application is for Pacific Swimming registered coaches wishing to join the coaching staff of Pacific Swimming's Western Zone Age Group All Star Team. The team shall participate in an athlete selection meeting in early June and travel to Elk Grove for the meet, to be held August 3-6, 2022 at the Elk Grove Aquatic Center.

Coaches will be responsible for guiding 12 athletes in one of the six age groups (Girls 10/U, 11-12, 13-14 and Boys 10/U, 11-12, 13-14). You are responsible for motivating and guiding your age-group to perform at the meet. For many athletes, this may be their first time away from home and helping to adapt to All-Star Coaching and expectations will alleviate any anxiety they may have. There will be one (1) head coach and six (6) team coaches selected for the team.
