Eligibility Questionnaire
San Luis Valley Generation Wild strives to develop relationships which help to optimize the reach and quality of our work with San Luis Valley communities. Ideally, our partnerships are mutually beneficial and reflect our coalition’s vision and mission. When adding new partners to the coalition, it is important to determine whether your organization or initiative is a good fit for the coalition, and vice versa. Before moving forward with an application, please fill out the Eligibility Questionnaire to determine whether coalition membership is right for you. Our Program Coordinator will be in touch with you about whether to move on with the application process. Thank you!
