22-23 GFPS Instructors: Opt-in/Opt-out of being a Student Teacher/Observer/Fieldwork Placement Form

Completing this form does not guarantee you will receive a Student Teacher/Observation placement in your classroom, but it helps the District Office & Principals know what staff members are interested in overseeing a Student Teacher and/or having Observation/Fieldwork placements.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete this form. If you have a student reach out to you personally to Student Teach/Observe under you, please refer them to the Pre-Service Application available on our GFPS website, they can write your name on the form as their preference, but all Applications have to go through the district office and we work directly with the placement advisors at their college/university.
