Parents,

Teachers are currently reaching out to you and your daughter to determine who does not have access to computers or internet in order to engage in remote learning activities. If you received a similar survey from your child's teacher, thank you for completing that survey. We are sending this as a follow-up to make sure we accurately assess our technology needs. The district is working on a plan to meet the needs of as many students as possible.

If your child has access to a device (desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone) that will allow her to complete remote learning activities, and she has internet access, you DO NOT need to complete this survey.

If you have technology needs, please complete the survey as soon as possible. COMPLETING THIS SURVEY WILL NOT GUARANTEE A DEVICE OR CONNECTIVITY. A SCHOOL-BASED COMMITTEE WILL REVIEW ALL ENTRIES.
