Dear Dancers:

You may audition for the 2021-2022 Tip Toes and Taps Competition Teams under the following conditions:

~ Tip Toes and Taps Shooting Stars Team ~
Open to all dancers (ages 5+ as of Jan. 1, 2022) with a minimum of 2 full years of dance training.
***These criteria may be waived for those dancers recommended by their current dance teacher. Please speak with your teacher regarding this waiver.

The audition will consist of a workshop class to warm up and teach movement to the dancers followed by an audition in front of a panel on: Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 12:00 - 1:30 PM

~ Tip Toes and Taps Rising Stars & Stars Teams ~
Rising Stars: Open to all dancers (ages 9+ as of Jan. 1, 2022) with a minimum of 1 full year of competition training. ***These criteria may be waived for those dancers recommended by their current dance teacher. Please speak with your teacher regarding this waiver.

Stars: Open to all dancers (ages 13+ as of Jan. 1, 2022) with a minimum of 3 full years of competition training.
***These criteria may be waived for those dancers recommended by their current dance teacher. Please speak with your teacher regarding this waiver.

The audition will consist of a workshop to warm up and teach movement to the dancers followed by an audition in front of a panel on: Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM

Upon acceptance as a Competition Team dancer, you will be required to sign the Competition Team contract, as well as take all mandatory classes, including weekend and summer rehearsals.

For the audition, please wear proper dance attire, with the hair secured back and out of the face. Dancers may wear lyrical, ballet or jazz shoes.

Anyone interested in auditioning must submit this form NO LATER THAN Monday, April 19, 2021. Once you submit your audition form you will be invoiced, via email, for your non-refundable $20.00 audition fee, which must be paid to secure your place in the audition class.
