Dear Families,

You recently received a survey asking if your child will attend summer school.  If you have chosen to do so, please take a moment to fill out this registration intent form.  Summer School enrollment may be limited based on program space and student needs and we will notify once your student has been officially enrolled. The in person summer school will start July 14 and end on August 4. The day will approximately run from 9:00am-3:30pm. Schedule may be altered due to transportation.  Please complete this form by Monday, June 7, 2021.   Please contact our office if you have additional questions at this time.

Recientemente recibió una encuesta preguntando si su hijo/a asistirá a la escuela de verano. Si ha optado por hacerlo, tómese un momento para completar este formulario de registro. La inscripción a la escuela de verano puede ser limitada según el espacio del programa y las necesidades de los estudiantes y le notificaremos una vez que su estudiante haya sido inscrito oficialmente. La escuela de verano en persona comenzará el 14 de julio y terminará el 4 de agosto. El día comenzará aproximadamente de 9:00 am a 3:30 pm. El horario puede verse alterado debido al transporte. All participants need to screen before arriving. 1. Take temperature 2.  Will not attend if they are sick and have any of the following symptoms: Symptoms may include: fever or chills; cough; shortness of breath; fatigue; muscle or body aches; headache; new loss of taste or smell; sore throat; congestion or runny nose; nausea or vomiting; diarrhea / Todos los participantes necesita examinaran antes de llegar a la ceremonia. 1.
