A global leadership and entrepreneurship training program for racialized women of color, aged 16-22 from marginalized communities to develop young as global champions of the UN 17 Global Goals, innovators and entrepreneurs. Program participants will create either a social project or a business to solve 1 of 17 Global Goals.

Participants in the programs will receive training in entrepreneurship, budgeting, fundraising, personal finance, personal branding, professional development, marketing & branding, Design Thinking, project management, and business development. The participants will have a deliverable to complete at the end of each session to work towards their project plan.

At the end of the program, participants will have a completed project plan, increased digital and innovation skills and a 6-month mentorship or internship.

Successful Accelerator Program will compete for the Finale Competition to win $700, $500 or $300 for their business idea or community project.
