Scheduling & Facilities
Our facilities may be reserved for a wedding rehearsal by couples who are not having their wedding at a Grace Bible Church.  Dates may be guaranteed no more than three months in advance and must be requested no less than one month in advance.
Our facilities can be requested for rehearsals Sunday through Thursday after 5 p.m. only and anytime on Fridays and Saturdays, depending on ministry scheduling. The facility will be open for a maximum of 90 minutes for a wedding rehearsal.  

Rehearsal Dinners
Our Anderson and Southwood facilities are not available to host rehearsal dinners.  Our Creekside facility can be reserved for wedding rehearsal dinners.  The facility will be open for a maximum of 3 hours for a wedding rehearsal and dinner.

Staffing
Wedding rehearsals will include one staff member to unlock the facility for the couple and their guests, turn on the lights, ensure that the A/C or heat is set properly, and answer questions about the facility and its usage.  There will not be a sound technician or wedding coordinator provided.  Rehearsal dinners at Creekside will include two staff members.

Fees
The price for a wedding rehearsal only at any of our facilities is $100.  The price for a wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at Creekside is $350.  
The wedding rehearsal fee should be paid at least one month prior to the rehearsal.  Checks should be made payable to Grace Bible Church and can be mailed to Grace Bible Church, Attn: Wedding Administrator, 700 Anderson Street, College Station, TX 77840.
