BOOTH BOOKINGS RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Kindly make full booth payment (including the deposit) within 3 days after your registration to confirm your booth slot. If payment is not made in time, your booth will not be confirm and will be put under waiting list.
2. All Exhibitor Booth will be selected based on first come first serve basis.
3. Any last minute cancellation (2 weeks leading up to the fair), 50% of the booth value will be charged as a cancellation penalty fee.
4. The organiser has reserved the right to release the booking if the payment has not been received within the stipulated deadline
PAYMENT DETAILS
• Payment can be made via cheque or bank transfer. All cheques made payable to I Hub Exhibitions Sdn Bhd (1304554-H).
• Bank transfer Public Bank Berhad, Bank Account No. 3213087102.
• Bank in slip as proof of payment to be emailed to
sales@asiacomiccon.com.my.
• All invoices/receipts will be sent out after the event within 30 days.
SET UP DETAILS
• No sandals, slip – on, wedges or any type of footwear which exposes the toes or heels and barefoot are not allowed.
• Long pants are required to be worn during set up. Shorts or skirts are not allowed.
• Shopping trolley is not allowed to carry in exhibit items.
• Loading bay is Loading Bay Dock L.
