Por favor indique quais os eventos gratuitos do OUT.FEST 2021 (II) aos quais pretende comparecer. As reservas feitas através deste formulário darão acesso aos eventos até à lotação dos espaços ficar completamente preenchida, e as reservas seguintes ficarão em lista de espera caso existam desistências. Apenas serão aceites reservas para eventos até ao dia anterior aos mesmos.
Será informado por e-mail dos eventos para os quais conseguiu obter lugar na semana anterior ao início do festival. Caso entretanto não possa comparecer, agradecemos que nos informe via e-mail para
outfest@outra.pt para que possamos libertar o seu lugar para outros interessados.
Os bilhetes devem ser levantados na bilheteira das salas de espectáculo até 15 minutos antes do início das sessões (no caso dos concertos de dias 4 e 9). Caso não levante o seu bilhete até essa hora, este poderá ser atribuído a outra pessoa. Se souber antecipadamente que não irá conseguir levantar o bilhete antes dessa hora mas pretenda ainda assim estar no evento, por favor informe-nos da hora prevista de chegada ao espaço para
outfest@outra.pt.

Please let us know below which of OUT.FEST 2021 (II)'s free events you would like to attend. Reservations made through this form will give access to these events up until their respective venues' capacity has been reached, and any reservations made after that will be placed on a waiting list in case any more places are made available.
You will be informed by e-mail of the events you were able to secure a place for during the week before the beginning of the festival. If you are unable to attend any of the events you made a reservation for, please let us know by e-mailing
outfest@outra.pt so that we can make your place available to others.
Tickets must be claimed at the entrance of the venues up to 15 minutes before the start of the sessions (for the concerts on October 4th/9th). Should you fail to claim your ticket by then, it may be given to someone else. If you know in advance that you will not be able to claim your ticket before that time but you still intend to be at the session, please let us know as soon as possible by e-mailing
outfest@outra.pt.
