Weekly Reflection
Self improvement is optional. We have no idea when we will be back on the field it could be next week, it could be a few months from now. We do know it will happen at some point. How I return to the team is up to me. Nobody should have to push me to get better, if I want to be the best version of myself possible and hit the ground running in my next game, I must take responsibility and accountability for my own improvement and performance. This reflective journal is an opportunity for me to report to my coach what I am doing to make sure I am improving and being the best team mate I can be by being ready for that first game back.
